How do I log in to MyAMEGA account?
Click on "Log in" at the top of the website and enter your login (account ID or your email) and the password that has been emailed to you during registration.
I forgot / lost my password for MyAMEGA. How can I recover my password?
Your registration information was sent to your email address when you opened your account. If your data has been not saved, just click on "Forgot your password?" button on the login screen and enter your email address provided during registration. A new password will be sent to that email address.
Whаt is а personal account?
A personal account is needed for making deposits and withdrawals using various payment systems. It cannot be used for trading. If you have open trading accounts in various currencies, automatic currency conversion takes place when depositing funds from your personal account.
What is a trading account?
A trading account is required for trading on the forex market using MetaTrader or other supported platforms.
How to open a trading account
Click on "Open an account" - select a trading account type and state necessary parameters in MyAMEGA account section then click "Create"
How can I change the leverage?
Click on your account number and change the necessary parameters in MyAMEGA account section.
How can I make a deposit into a trading account?
Click on account number and press "Deposit" button by entering the amount in the trading account currency in a pop up window.
How do I withdraw funds from my trading account?
Click on account number and press "Withdraw" button by entering the amount in the trading account currency in a pop up window. Funds will be transferred to your Transitory account attached to MyAMEGA account.
What is the Profile tab for?
Profile contains your personal details.
How do I change my personal information (telephone number, email, address etc.)?
Provide your new details by emailing support@amegafx.com. The company reserves the right to request copies of identification documents.
Why do I need to provide my ID details?
In some cases, ID information must be provided for additional identification

Trading conditions

What is the minimum deposit amount?
Trading is permitted with a minimum of $1 for all account types, with no restrictions. Find out more here: AMEGA account types.
What leverage does the company offer?
With AMEGA, you can choose you leverage from 1:1 to 1:1000. In some cases, the company may reduce the maximum leverage size for additional protection of the trader account, according to the Terms and conditions.
What account currency can I use to open a trading account?
USD, EUR, RUR and others. A full list of available currencies can be found in MyAMEGA account section.
How accurate are financial quotes?
Currency pairs are quoted with an accuracy of 5 decimal points.
What order execution types are used by AMEGA?
Depending on the trading account type – Instant Execution or Market Execution
What platform is offered for trading?
MetaTrader AMEGA can be used for free and downloaded on the trading platform page or in MyAMEGA account.
Which trading instruments are available to trade?
All currency pairs and their crosses, metals, and futures are available to trade depending on the account type you use. The list of trading instruments is constantly growing.
What is netting and hedging?
It's a type of account order in MetaTrader 5. The netting system allows having only one position per financial instrument meaning that all further operations at that instrument lead only to closing, reversal or changing the volume of the already existing position. In order to expand possibilities of retail Forex traders, we have added the second accounting system — hedging. Now, it is possible to have multiple positions per symbol, including oppositely directed ones. This paves the way to implementing trading strategies based on the so-called "locking" — if the price moves against a trader, they can open a position in the opposite direction.
What trading accounts types does company offer?
AMEGA offers several types of trading accounts depending on your preferences and trading strategies. There are flexible settings for each type of trading account. More information can be found on the Account Types page.

What currency do I select when registering MyAMEGA account?
After you register your account, you can choose any convenient account currency for future deposits and withdrawals. Select the currency with the lowest commission for your country/region. We offer over 100 deposit and withdrawal methods. If needed, you can change your personal account currency by contacting our Customer Support team.
How do I make a deposit into my personal account?

How long does it take to deposit and withdraw funds from my personal account?
Funds are credited instantly in many cases. As a rule, some checks may be required when withdrawing funds and can last from several minutes up to one business day.
What commission is charged on the deposit and withdrawal of funds?
AMEGA doesn't charge any commission on deposits or withdrawals. However, fees may be charged by payment systems. Check the payment system rates carefully before making any transactions.

Account verification

What is verification and why is it necessary?
Verification is a customer identity authentication process which ensures the financial security of our customers. Verified customers can participate in our trading contests without any restrictions applied, receive bonuses, and perform financial transactions in MyAMEGA account.
What are the possible verification statuses?
Not verified, partially verified, verified.
How can I find out MyAMEGA account verification status?
After logging in to the AMEGA website, go to MyAMEGA. Your current status will be displayed in the Verification Status field in the right-hand section of the screen where information about your personal account is shown.
What does the status "not verified" mean?
Once you have registered with AMEGA, your account is assigned the status "not verified". This status only allows you to create Demo accounts.
What does the status "partially verified" mean and how to get it?
For your account to be partially verified, you need to complete all the required fields, confirm your phone number and the email address you provided during registration on the AMEGA website. With this status, financial transactions and some non-trading transactions in MyAMEGA account may be partially restricted.
What does the status "verified" (full verification) mean and how to get it?
For your account to be fully verified, you need to:
  1. Complete all the fields in your profile in MyAMEGA account.
  2. Confirm your phone number and the email address provided during registration.
  3. Send color photos of the relevant documents to security@amegafx.com from the email address you confirmed at the previous step. Both sides of these documents must be shown on a sheet of paper. You must also write the date by hand and sign the paper with your signature shown in your documents. These documents must confirm the information stated in your profile.
Full verification provides access to all features, such as: financial transactions in full, contests, bonuses, and others.
Which documents are accepted for full verification?
Any national identity document with a photo, for example, a passport or ID card, can be used to verify the information stated in your profile. Unfortunately, driving licenses are not accepted.
Which other documents could be required for full verification?
AMEGA reserves the right to additionally request you to provide a document confirming your primary residence. You should provide either the page of your passport with your residence stamp or a utility bill. Utility bills must have been paid no earlier than three months prior to sending for verification. They must also contain both your full name and current address. AMEGA is also entitled to request that you provide a selfie.
Why could the documents I submit for verification be rejected?
The documents may be rejected for the following reasons:
  1. they are scanned copies – you submit photos of your documents
  2. the images are of poor quality (blurred or illegible)
  3. the photo was altered by means of image processing software
  4. the document has expired
  5. documents contain signs of forgery
  6. the photo provided is not fully visible, and only certain fragments can be seen
What happens if verification is refused because the documents submitted do not meet the requirements?
Please read all the requirements, take new photographs of your documents and resend them to security@amegafx.com.

What is a promo code?
A promo code is a unique combination of symbols which enables you to get a special bonus from AMEGA.
How can I get a promo code?
You can receive promo codes by taking part in promotions from AMEGA. A promo code may be used only once for each promotion.
Where do I enter the promo code?
To enter a promo code, you need to sign in to your MyAMEGA account and select from the list the trading account to which you want to apply the promo code. Go to the “My bonuses” tab for the chosen trading account, enter the promo code in the relevant field and click "Apply".
What happens to a trading account when a promo code is applied to it?
Trading account parameters can change in accordance with the terms of the promotion under which the promo code was received. Once a promo code is activated, you can find information about the bonus received in the “My bonuses” tab in the trading account to which the promo code was applied.
When is a promo code active?
A promo code is considered active if you have credit funds on your trading account which were received using a promo code.
Can there be several active promo codes on one trading account?
No, there cannot be more than one active promo code on a trading account.
How do I cancel a bonus (credit funds) received after a promo code has been applied to the trading account?
The bonus on your trading account can be either withdrawn after the bonus requirements are completed or canceled by the customer (if there the required amount of funds are present in the trading account)

What trading account types are eligible for the affiliate program?
Only the following types of accounts can participate in the affiliate program:
  1. Premium MT5
  2. Premium MT4
  3. Scalper MT5
  4. Scalper MT4
  5. SwapFree MT5
Other types of accounts, including Mini MT5, Premium Promo MT5, Mini Promo MT5, Demo MT5, Demo MT4, are not eligible for the affiliate program.
