How do I log in to MyAMEGA account?
Click on "Log in" at the top of the website and enter your username (account ID or your email) and the password that was emailed to you during the registration process.
I forgot / lost my password for MyAMEGA. How can I recover my password?
Your registration information was emailed to you when you opened your account. If your data has been not saved, just click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen and enter the email address you provided during registration. A new password will be sent to that address. You can recover your password by phone using the same method.
Why do I need a personal account?
You need a personal account to make deposits and withdrawals using various payment systems; it cannot be used for trading. If the currencies of your personal and trading accounts are different, the currency is converted automatically when you transfer funds between your accounts.
What is a trading account?
A trading account is required for trading on the forex market using MetaTrader or other supported platforms.
How to open a trading account
Click "Open an account", select a trading account type and choose your settings. Then click "Open an account".
How can I change the leverage?
Click on your trading account number and change the relevant parameters in MyAMEGA account section.
How can I make a deposit into a trading account?
Click on your trading account number and, in the pop-up window, enter the amount you wish to deposit in your trading account currency, then press "Deposit".
How do I withdraw funds from my trading account?
Click on your trading account number and, in the pop-up window, enter the amount you wish to withdraw in your trading account currency, then press "Withdraw". Funds will be transferred to the MyAmega wallet linked to your MyAmega account.
What is the My Profile tab for?
My Profile contains your personal details.
How do I change my personal information (telephone number, email, address etc.)?
Please send your new details via email to either security@amegafx.com or support@amegafx.com. The company reserves the right to request you provide photographs of documents which prove your identity.
Why do I need to provide my ID details?
In some cases, ID information must be provided for additional identification

What is the minimum deposit amount?

What leverage does the company offer?
With AMEGA, you can select the leverage you want, from 1:1 to 1:1000. In some cases, the company may reduce the maximum leverage size for additional protection of the trader's account, in accordance with the Terms and conditions.
What currency can I open a trading account in?
You can open trading accounts in USD, EUR, and other currencies. A full list of the currencies available can be found in the MyAMEGA account section.
What order execution types are used by AMEGA?
Instant Execution or Market Execution – depending on the trading account type
What trading platforms are offered?
AMEGA MetaTrader can be used for free and downloaded from the Trading platforms section or in MyAMEGA.
Which trading instruments are available to trade?
All currency pairs and cross pairs, metals, and CFDs are available to trade, depending on your account type. The list of trading instruments is constantly expanding.
What is netting and hedging?
They are position accounting systems in MetaTrader 5. The netting system allows traders only one position per financial instrument, meaning that the only other operations for this instrument can be to close, reverse, or change the volume of the current position. To expand possibilities for our retail forex traders, we have added a second accounting system: hedging. This means it is now possible to open multiple positions on a currency pair, even in opposing directions. This paves the way for implementing trading strategies based around locking – if the price moves against a trader, they can open a position in the opposite direction.
What trading account types does the company offer?
AMEGA offers several types of trading accounts depending on your preferences and trading strategies. There are flexible settings for each type of trading account. More information can be found on the Account Types page.

What currency do I select when registering MyAMEGA account?
When registering your MyAmega account, you can choose any convenient currency for your MyAmega wallet to make deposits and withdrawals in future. Select the currency with the lowest commission for your currency/region. We offer a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods to choose from.
How do I make a deposit into my personal account?
Click on "Deposit" and select a payment method. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and follow the next set of instructions. We guarantee a high level of security for your financial transactions.
How do I withdraw funds from my personal account?
Click on "Withdraw" and select a payment method. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and follow the next set of instructions. We guarantee a high level of security for your financial transactions. If you deposit money using different payment methods, the amount you withdraw using each of these methods must be proportionate to the amount deposited by the same method.
How long does it take to deposit and withdraw funds from my personal account?
Funds are credited instantly in many cases. As a rule, some checks may be required when withdrawing funds and can last from several minutes up to one business day.
What commission is charged on the deposit and withdrawal of funds?
AMEGA doesn't charge any commission on deposits or withdrawals. However, fees may be charged by payment systems. Check the payment system rates carefully before making any transactions.

Account verification

What is verification and why is it necessary?
Verification is a client identity authentication process which ensures the financial security of our clients. Verified clients can participate in our trading contests without any restrictions applied, receive bonuses, and perform financial transactions in MyAMEGA account.
What are the possible verification statuses?
Not verified, fully verified.
How can I find out MyAMEGA account verification status?
After logging in to the AMEGA website, go to MyAMEGA. Your current status will be displayed in the Verification Status field in the right-hand section of the screen where information about your personal account is shown.
What does the status 'not verified' mean?
When you register with AMEGA, your account will be assigned the status 'not verified'. With this status, you will be able to create accounts, trade, and take part in our Affiliate Program. However, there may be partial limitations on unverified accounts for financial and some non-trading transactions.
What does the status “fully verified” mean?
When your status is “fully verified”, you can access all features, such as: financial transactions, contests, bonuses, and more.
How do I complete full verification?
  1. Confirm the email address and phone number in your profile
  2. Using the address you provided during registration, email security@amegafx.com with photos of your passport or both sides of your ID card, and a document confirming your current residential address (the document must be dated within the last three months). The photos must not be edited.
What additional documents may you be asked to provide for full verification?
AMEGA reserves the right to request that you provide additional documents which confirm your primary residence. You will need to provide either the page of your passport which indicates your place of residence or a utility bill. Utility bills must have been paid no earlier than three months prior to the date that such documents are sent as part of the verification process.These documents must also contain both your full name and current address. AMEGA is also entitled to request that you provide a selfie.
Why could the documents I submit for verification be rejected?
Documents may be rejected for any of the following reasons:
  1. They are scanned copies – you must submit photos of your documents.
  2. The photos provided are of poor quality (blurred or illegible).
  3. The photos provided have been edited using image processing software.
  4. The documents have expired.
  5. The documents contain signs of forgery.
  6. The documents are not fully visible in the photos provided.
What happens if verification is refused because the documents submitted do not meet the requirements?
Please read all the requirements, take new photographs of your documents and resend them to security@amegafx.com.

What is a promo code?
A promo code is a unique combination of symbols which enables you to get a special bonus from AMEGA.
How can I get a promo code?
You can receive promo codes by taking part in promotions from AMEGA. A promo code may be used only once for each promotion.
Where do I enter the promo code?
To enter a promo code, you need to sign in to your MyAMEGA account and, from the list of trading accounts, select the one to which you want to apply the promo code. The field to enter the promo code can be found below the account information. Enter the promo code and click “Apply”.
What happens to a trading account when a promo code is applied to it?
Trading account parameters can change in accordance with the terms of the promotion under which the promo code was received. Once a promo code is activated, you can find information about the bonus received in the “Bonus information” section in the trading account to which the promo code was applied.
When is a promo code active?
A promo code is considered active if you have credit funds in your trading account which were received using a promo code.
Can there be several active promo codes on one trading account?
No, there cannot be more than one active promo code on a trading account.
How do I cancel a bonus (credit funds) received after a promo code has been applied to the trading account?
The bonus on your trading account can be either withdrawn after the bonus requirements are completed or canceled by the client (if the required amount of funds are present in the trading account)
